Reference fees for our four main practice areas. We separate professional fees from actual costs and provide an advance quote (amounts exclude consumption tax).
Our Policy
How our fees work
After hearing the details of your request, we provide a written quote in advance. If additional costs are likely to arise after we begin, we always explain that possibility before starting the work.
The amounts on this page exclude consumption tax and represent the Certified Administrative Procedures Legal Specialist’s professional fee. Statutory fees (application fees, registration and licence taxes, certificate acquisition costs, etc.) and actual expenses such as document postage apply separately.
When you request several matters together, or for ongoing support under an advisory (komon) contract, we can discuss an individual discount arrangement.

Consultation
Consultation fees
In-office or online (Zoom) consultation
The first consultation is free (up to 30 minutes). Beyond 30 minutes, we charge ¥5,000 (excl. tax) per additional 30 minutes.
On-site consultation
For a consultation at a location you specify, the fee is ¥10,000 (excl. tax) per hour (travel expenses may apply separately).

Construction Business Licenses
New licenses, renewals, scope additions and annual business reports. We handle the matter end to end, from requirement checks through filing and responding to corrections.

Industrial Waste Collection & Transportation Permit (without transshipment / storage)
New, renewal and amendment permits for Yokohama City, Kanagawa Prefecture and other local governments. Over 200 cases handled. For applications outside Kanagawa and Tokyo that require in-person submission, a per-diem and travel expenses apply separately.

Statutory fee of ¥81,000 applies separately. Includes document collection and verification of the transport structure

Medical Corporations & Medical Institutions

Subsidy & Grant Applications
Working with a certified management innovation support institution (a registered SME management consultant), we walk with you from designing the business plan through post-award follow-up.

Payment methods
Bank transfer
We send a quote and an invoice. Transfer fees are borne by the client.
Initial fee & settlement on completion
In principle, the full amount is paid at commencement. For some matters, part of the quote is paid as an initial fee at commencement, with the balance settled on completion.
