About
Working with a Japanese Administrative Scrivener
A Gyoseishoshi (行政書士), officially translated as Administrative Scrivener by the Japan Federation of Administrative Scriveners Associations, is a national-licensed legal professional in Japan. We are authorised to prepare and submit applications to government agencies on behalf of clients — including visa and residence status applications when registered as an Application Filing Agent (申請取次行政書士) with the Immigration Services Agency.
Aoba Administrative Law Office has been registered with the Kanagawa Administrative Scriveners Association since 2002. Mitsuhiro Saito, the principal, has handled cases across construction, immigration, medical and inheritance practice for 24 years. Our office is one minute from Ichigao Station on the Tokyu Den-en-toshi Line, about 30 minutes from Shibuya.
