Subsidy support in partnership with an SME management consultant.

Subsidy & Grant Applications

A subsidy is a means to grow your business, not the goal in itself. In partnership with a certified management innovation support institution (a registered SME management consultant), we build a plan that stays true to your business and support you from application through post-award reporting.

What we handle

From plan design to long-term reporting

We do not treat the award as the finish line. One point of contact walks with you from selecting the right subsidy through the multi-year reporting duties that follow.

  • Subsidy selection & eligibility check

We review your industry, headcount, revenue scale, GBizID status and past awards to shortlist subsidies you can realistically target.

  • Business-plan design

Market analysis, competitive comparison, differentiation strategy, KPIs and financial projections — led by our partner SME management consultant.

  • Application documents & format check

We shape the plan to each subsidy’s prescribed form and review criteria, and assemble the attachments (financials, quotes, GBizID, etc.).

  • Electronic filing (jGrants, etc.)

We file through the official proxy-application function. We cannot borrow your GBizID, so filing proceeds securely under your own account.

  • Support-institution confirmation letter

Where a subsidy requires (or awards points for) a certified support institution’s confirmation of your business plan, our partner issues it.

  • Post-award results reporting

After the project completes, we organise receipts, contracts and delivery slips and submit the results report, attending final and on-site inspections.

  • Business-status reporting (3–5 years)

Most subsidies require annual business-status reporting for 3 to 5 years after the award. We keep supporting you through that long-term obligation.

Partnership

SME management consultant × Certified Administrative Procedures Legal Specialist

Whether a subsidy is awarded turns on two things: the logic of the business plan and the accuracy of the application. We pair with an SME management consultant who is also a certified management innovation support institution, so each side handles its own specialty.

Partner

Wataru Aoki, Consulting Office Aoki, Inc.

  • Registered SME management consultant (No. 414938)
  • Certified management innovation support institution (individual registration, ID: 109413006410)

Leads the business-plan framework: market analysis, differentiation, KPIs and financial projections, and issues the confirmation letter where the subsidy requires it.

Our office

Mitsuhiro Saito

  • Certified Administrative Procedures Legal Specialist (Gyoseishoshi)
  • 24 years in practice (registered 2002)

Preparing and filing the application is the Certified Administrative Procedures Legal Specialist’s work. We keep the same point of contact through the years of post-award follow-up.

Why the certification matters. For some subsidies, a confirmation letter from a certified management innovation support institution is a requirement or scores extra points. Working merely alongside a consultant does not satisfy that. Pairing with a certified institution lets us meet the requirement directly.
