Overview
What we handle
A permit is required whenever you transport, for a fee, industrial waste generated by another company. We cover the permit from the first requirement check through to ongoing management after it is granted.
New permits
New industrial waste collection & transportation permits. We start preparing documents the day you call and typically reach the permit in 45–90 days.
Renewal permits
Renewals every five years, including re-taking the required training course, managed to the deadline so your licence never lapses.
Scope & category amendments
Adding waste categories or updating registered items through amendment permits or change notifications, depending on the change.
Multi-prefecture applications
Coordinated filings across Tokyo, Kanagawa and the wider Kanto region (one metropolis and six prefectures) in a single project.
Change notifications & ongoing management
Vehicle changes (within 10 days), officer changes (within 30 days) and five-year renewal deadlines tracked on your behalf.
Post-permit setup
Vehicle marking to Ministry of the Environment guidelines and support with your first manifest (control ticket) operation.
Our professional fee starts at ¥100,000 (excl. tax) per authority for a new, renewal or scope-change application (without transshipment / storage). Statutory fees (¥81,000 for a new permit, ¥73,000 for a renewal, as representative examples) and actual costs apply separately. See the fees page for details.
