Beyond one-off requests such as a licence application or an inheritance matter, we take on ongoing engagements as a management advisor (komon), staying involved and walking alongside your business. We already hold advisory contracts with several companies and organisations, supporting them continuously from day-to-day filings through to management questions.
A licence keeps going after you obtain it — renewals, changes and annual procedures follow. Our strength is supporting all of that on an ongoing basis, together with managing your management numbers and improving operations through programs and systems.

We combine what you need for your situation. Fees are quoted individually according to the scope and depth of our involvement.
Licence maintenance (procedure calendar)
We consolidate the deadlines for renewals, change notifications, annual business reports and other filings into a procedure calendar, then act on them ahead of time. This prevents lapses and late submissions and keeps your licences in good standing.
Managing & visualising your management numbers
We continuously organise and visualise the figures you need for business decisions — sales, costs, cash flow — so we can review where the business stands and think through the next move together. Tax filing itself is handled in cooperation with your tax accountant.
Efficiency through in-house program development
The Certified Administrative Procedures Legal Specialist writes the code and builds automation tools for routine work. We help you cut manual entry and re-keying so a small team can deliver both quality and speed.
System introduction & full customisation
To cope with staffing shortages, we support everything from selecting and introducing systems suited to your work through to full custom development that truly fits the front line — designing tools that keep getting used, from someone who knows the field.

How it works & the advisory contract
We start by hearing your current situation and what you need, then map out the scope of involvement together. This can be a monthly advisory (komon) contract for continuous engagement, or a combination with spot work only when required — designed to fit your circumstances.
